Communication Manager

My role as communications manager is to promote the image of the hotel to a large audience. I also travel to all the destinations where our channel is present being responsible for the visuals broadcast on our networks as well as our website.

Since I was little I have had the chance to travel with my parents. Over the years, I have noticed that the accommodations we choose to stay in are more and more modern and lose their typical appearance.

In addition, from my point of view, they did not sufficiently highlight the activities available in the city, which is a shame.

So I had the idea of opening Amnesia Hotel and creating this new concept in the hotel world of offering luxurious accommodation while keeping their typical appearance but also to put activities forward to attract more tourists. customers and promote the destination and its assets.

My role as catering manager consists of organizing catering services adapted to the event in our hotels and in accordance with customer orders. I am also the one who develops the menus available in the restaurants of our hotels.I also travel to the destinations where our hotels are present to learn about the local culture, interact with local restaurateurs as well as the population to offer the best typical dishes to our clients.
